Godley Station Animal Hospital boasts an experienced staff, including four veterinarians, knowledgeable veterinary technicians and friendly desk personnel. Additionally, we sport boarding spaces to accomodate your pet for those times when kenneling services are necessary.

Your pet can be dropped off at our office as early as 7:15 on weekdays, and you can rest assured that our warm and comfortable building will keep your littlest family members happy while we care for them!

    Dr. David Howes

    Dr. David Howes graduated from U.W. Madison in 1995. He then moved to Georgia and worked as an associate veterinarian in Savannah until 2003 when he opened Godley Station Animal Hospital. He and his wife enjoy living and working in the Pooler area, and are excited to raise their two children in this community.

  • Dr. Amy Ahles

    Dr. Amy Ahles

    Dr. Amy Ahles graduated from U.W. in 1994. She then moved to Georgia and married Dr. Kyle Christiansen, DVM. They have two beautiful children. Dr. Amy has been employed at Godley Station Animal Hospital since its opening in 2003.

  • Dr. Kristin Hiers

    Dr. Kristin Hiers

    Dr. Kristin Hiers received her Bachelor’s degree in Marine Science from the University of South Carolina in 1997. She then pursued her veterinary post-education at the University of Georgia, at which she earned her degree for Veterinary Medicine in 2003. She currently resides in Rincon with her four dogs.

  • Dr. Myra Burnsed

    Dr. Myra Burnsed

    Dr. Burnsed was born and raised in Pembroke, GA. She attended the University of Geogia and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biological Science in 2003. She then earned her Doctorate of Veternary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 2008. Dr. Burnsed met her husband, Dr. Mike Ammermon, DVM, in veterinary school. They currently reside in Pembroke with their beautiful daughter and animals.
